The project consist of a full documentation set. It includes floor plan, furniture plan, reflective ceiling plans, sections, elevation as well as joinery and key detail sets - i.e. plans, sections, elevations, detail call outs and isometric drawings.

The Pantry is a 400 sqm concept bar and café where the customers help themselves to an exclusive drink or meal, tailored just for them. The Pantry features a variety of seasonal produce cultivated in-house plants that patrons can collect as their desired ingredients. The large, open space embraces creativity, sustainability, inclusiveness and aims to encourage their clientele to value the same principles.

The design is located in a new construction on the 7th floor of the Westfield Mall in Sydney CBD. It encompasses a clean and humble materiality of semi-matte finishes, which is enhanced by the incoming natural light and high ceiling. The natural timber surfaces reflect environmental awareness and create an organic character, while luxurious details and sophisticated focal points e.g. bar and bathrooms, generate a contemporary and exclusive atmosphere. The different joinery systems complement each other and creates an inclusiveness which attracts a broad audience. The joineries were designed to integrate with the furniture selection and create a sense of awareness, which ties back to the concept of the design.
