Solberga is a project developed by an architect of the island Öland, in the south of Sweden. The project consists of an apartment complex by the beach and it lacked a few visualations of the exterior and interior that made it justice.
The apartment complex is designed with brilliant features. The complex is located right next to the beach and features a guest apartment, garage spots, storage units and swimming pool. All apartments offer a full equiped kitches, tiled bathroom with laundry, walk in closet, conservatory, balcony and ocean views. All apartmens are therefore perfect for all year around use.

The selection of materials are tasteful, organic and adaptable, making it perfect for any user.Itäs minimal and speaks well to the Scandinavian market of lovers of minimalism, modern design and functionality. The project was thereafter designed to use all these features and display them in visualisation to make the project ready for the market. Together with the architect, real estate agent and client, we produced a series of visualisations which managed to bring life into the development. The project hits the market on December 1st 2021, but several apartments have already been sold before they hit the market. A great project to have taken part of and a great experience for the future.
