Commercial Project
The spatial design is designed with a large inlet of natural light and the spatial design is elevated through sources of warm artificial lighting. Both which contributes to an inviting atmosphere and accentuates the focal points – e.g. the centre piece basin and scent lab. The focal points are also the highlights of the design and displays a selection of products through an interactive act which stimulate the clients’ senses. The design is consistent and create a harmonious ensemble. Altogether, the spatial design manages to captivate and attract a sophisticated audience who appreciate quality products and alternative shopping experiences.
L’Occitane en Provence is a renovation project located in the shopping district of Milan. It consists of a retail space which includes an in-house spa treatment area as well as point of sale and display systems.
The fit out of the retail space allows ruralness and luxury to coexist on an area of 50 sqm. The design is made out of high quality, sustainable and locally sourced materials, such as Travino Marble and Terrafino clay plaster, and manages to reflect the brand through aesthetics rather than branding. The joinery system – i.e. the wall display system – is integrated within the architecture to save space and to create a homogenous and elegant atmosphere.
